Hello everyone, I want to share my experience with the relaxation exercises on the CD. I wanted to just listen to them at first to see what they were all about. I have done some relaxation exercises in the past but, I am not to faithful with it. I have been doing yoga and some tai chi in a class setting for the past couple years which has been life changing for me. So, I listened to this cd in my car and it was very nice and quiet. No radio just listening to the ocean and her voice on the cd. I have done the breathing exercises and like that one a lot. I always keep a very quiet house so I do get quietness and stillness on a regular basis. I do find that because my mind is always going a hundred miles an hour all the time, it is hard to keep the mind chatter out of my head. My mind drifts to all sorts of things and sometimes I get fustrated with it by I do keep practicing it. I hope to find that place of complete quietness.
